This flexo printing printing machine is suitable for flexo printing of label paper,plastic label, commercial forms etc, the printing quality is high and cost effective for the flexo plate. This flexo printing equipment use water based ink, it is green equipment so widely accepted by printing and packaging industry.

1.The main motor adopts imported inverter to govern a stepples speed adjustment.

2. Unwinding and rewinding are controlled by magnetic powder brake and clutch(Japanese Mitsubishi auto tension controller is optional).

3. Adopt ceramic anliox roller which offers durability, wear resistance and corrosionresistance, also is more efficient on production by reducing the times of changing rollers.

4. The printing units are all equipped with a group of infrared dryers respectively.

5. Each IR dryer device of printing unit is interchangeable to UV dryer.

6. The printing unit can register in 360 degrees. Each printing unit can be independently geared and loosen to have rest of units continue to printing.

7. The roll feeding, printing, UV vanish, auto infrared drying, laminating and rewinding can be processed in one pass. It has characterized by wide application, fast printing speed and high economic efficiency Ink will not contaminate environment. So it is an idea printing machine for the business form, Tag and high end pressure sensitive label.

Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are established in 2004, a actual factory and manufacturer in the line of printing&package machine for 16 years.

Q2:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, about one hour by air from Shanghai. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

Q3: How about the payment term?

A: For new customer, our payment terms is 30% T/T in advance before production, the balance 70% should be paid before delivery.

Q4:What about warranty and do the engineers available to overseas?

A: One year warranty. During this period, if the machine has some problems, our engineers can go abroad to fix for you.
