Gabion means to be twisted by the machine with high corrosion resistance, high strength, ductility low carbon steel wire or PVC-coated, and made to be the box structure. According to ASTM and EN standards, due to project design requirement, there would be difference in wire diameter of low carbon steel wire, the regular size is between 2.0mm and 4.0mm, tensile strength of wire is more than 38kgs/m, weight of metal galvanization is more than 245g/m, diameter of box's edge wire designed bigger than its other parts and its twisted part must be more than 50mm, that makes the metal coating and the PVC coating of twisted wire parts won't be destroyed.Material:Galvanized wire: quality low carbon steel wire, the diameter is between 2.0mm and 4.0mm, tensile strength of wire is more than 380Mpa, surface is protected by hot-dipped galvanized coating which can achieve 300g/㎡ for customer requirement.Galfan coated wire: Its corrosion resistance is three times stronger than regular zinc-coating wire. Diameter can be between 1.0mm and 3.0mm, tensile strength of wire is more than 1380MpaPVC coated on galvanized wirePVC coated on galfan coated wire
